All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Shipping Information

We ship to most regions globally but are unable to deliver to parts of Asia and a few select remote regions.

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment. A flat fee of $12.95 applies.
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Pricing and Taxes

5. Returns and Exchanges

We stand firmly behind the quality of our plants. If your order arrives damaged, diseased, or isn’t what you expected:

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect returned plants:

• Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days after processing
• PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

For the health and integrity of our nursery, we cannot accept returns of:

• Clearance items

• Plants that have been planted, damaged due to improper care, or affected by weather after delivery
