Our Shipping and Returns policy is crafted with the same care and dedication we pour into nurturing every perennial.
Shipping Information: Bringing Your Garden to You
We carefully hand-select, pack, and ship your living treasures to ensure they arrive healthy and ready to thrive.
Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.
Shipping Methods & Timelines:
- Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment. A flat fee of $12.95 applies.
- Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we ship via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.
Please note: We ship globally but are unable to deliver to parts of Asia and a few select remote regions.
Our Returns & Exchanges Policy: Your Satisfaction, Guaranteed
We stand firmly behind the quality of our plants. If your order arrives damaged, diseased, or simply isn’t what you expected, we are here to make it right.
To Initiate a Return or Exchange:
- Contact Us: Please email our gardening experts at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a description of the issue.
- Provide Documentation: Attach clear photos of the plants in question. This helps our team assess the situation quickly and accurately.
- Await Instructions: Our team will respond within 2 business days with further instructions. For approved returns, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or guide you on how to proceed.
- Ship the Items: Securely package the plants, including all original tags and packaging if possible. Please ship them back to us within 7 days of receiving your return instructions.
- Receive Your Solution: Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will promptly process your exchange, replacement, or refund.
Refund Timeline & Methods
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned plants. The funds will be returned to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-7 business days after processing.
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Non-Returnable Items
As much as we strive for your complete satisfaction, the nature of our products means that certain items cannot be returned for the health and integrity of our nursery:
- Personalized or Custom Orders: Plants specifically selected or arranged according to your custom requests.
- Clearance Items: Plants marked as final sale or clearance.
- Digital Products: Planting guides, digital subscriptions, or downloadable content.
- Additionally, plants that have been planted, damaged due to improper care, or affected by weather conditions after delivery cannot be accepted for return.

Plants are living things, and their successful transition to your garden is our shared goal. We recommend inspecting your plants immediately upon delivery and planting them as soon as possible.
