Our Commitment to Your Satisfaction
We stand behind the quality of our plants. If your plants arrive damaged, diseased, or do not meet your expectations, we’re here to help. Please review our policy below to understand how we can assist you.
Returns & Exchanges Process
- Initiate Your Request: Contact us within 15 days of receiving your plants. Email our gardening experts at [email protected] with your order number and details about the issue.
- Provide Documentation: Include clear photos of the plants in question. This helps our team assess the situation and provide the best solution.
- Await Instructions: Our team will respond within 2 business days with further instructions. For approved returns, we may provide a prepaid shipping label or instruct you on how to proceed.
- Ship the Items: Package the plants securely, including all original tags and packaging if possible. Ship them back to us within 7 days of receiving return instructions.
- Receive Your Solution: Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we’ll process your exchange, replacement, or refund.
Refund Timeline & Methods
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned plants. Your funds will be returned to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-7 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
While we want you to be completely satisfied with your gardening experience, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Personalized or Custom Orders: Plants that have been specifically selected or arranged according to your custom requests
- Clearance Items: Plants marked as final sale or clearance
- Digital Products: Planting guides, digital subscriptions, or downloadable content
Additionally, plants that have been planted, damaged due to improper care, or affected by weather conditions after delivery cannot be accepted for return.
