Are your plants grown sustainably?
Yes! All our plants are carefully nurtured in our family-owned nursery in Fresno, CA, using sustainable growing practices that ensure healthy, vibrant plants ready to thrive in your garden.

Shipping & Delivery

What shipping options do you offer?
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx, arriving 10-15 days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS, arriving 15-25 days after dispatch
How long does order processing take?
Our gardening team carefully selects and prepares each plant, which takes 1-2 days before your order is dispatched from our nursery.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to gardeners across the globe, excluding Asia and some remote regions. Wherever you are, we’re committed to making your garden dreams a reality.
What should I do when my plants arrive?
Please unpack your plants immediately upon arrival. Give them a gentle watering if the soil feels dry, and plant them within a few days for best results. Remember that these are living plants that have been on a journey—they may need a little time to acclimate before showing their full potential.

Is there a minimum order amount?
There’s no minimum order requirement, but orders over $50 qualify for free shipping.

Returns & Guarantees

What is your return policy?
If any plant doesn’t meet your expectations, please contact us within 15 days of receipt. We’re committed to your gardening success and will make it right.
What if my plants arrive damaged?
We package our plants with specialized materials to protect them during transit. However, if your plants arrive damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage, and we’ll happily replace them.

Plant Care & Support

My plants look tired after traveling. Is this normal?
Yes! Just like people after a long journey, plants may need time to recuperate. Give them proper water and plant them promptly. Most perennials bounce back beautifully within a week or two once settled in their new home.
Do you provide planting guidance?
While we don’t include specific planting instructions with each order, our website collections are organized by growing conditions (sun, shade, etc.) to help you select the right plants for your garden’s specific conditions.
